Depot Hill

“Crowned in redwood”

Depot Hill

Perched on Depot Hill above Capitola, this new home was built to make the most of one of the best spots on the coast. The piece we're proudest of is the turret that crowns the roofline, framed and finished in redwood, old-school carpentry done the way it ought to be. Out back, a full ADU gives the property a second home of its own, built to the same standard from the foundation up.
